Route planner · early access
Qikvo sorts your stops into the fastest order, puts a real clock time on every one, and drops a charging stop into the route when the battery won't make it. Launching worldwide on iPhone and Android.
30 days free, then $59 your first year. · Everyone after launch pays $99.
Drive 30+ stops a day? Test it before launch →
We email you once — the day Qikvo goes live on your phone, with your founding code. No newsletter, no countdown, no drip sequence.
You have 3 invites. Each driver who joins on one moves you up ten spots — earlier into the beta, and they get the founding price too.
Same fourteen stops, reordered. 36 km shorter, 25 min faster — and a charging stop dropped in where it costs the least time.
Everyone on this list gets 30 days of Pro free, then a first year at $59 instead of $99 — unlimited stops, EV mode, mileage reports, proof of delivery. Everyone who arrives after launch pays full price. The free plan stays free either way.
Early-access drivers get the beta first and a direct line to me. If something's wrong for your route, your country or your language, it gets fixed before launch.

Before launch
We're putting Qikvo in the hands of 100 working drivers before it goes public. Real routes, real days, real weather — not a lab. If you run 30 stops or more, you're exactly who we need.
Testers keep the founding price whatever happens — 30 days free, then $59 for the first year.
Beta drivers are chosen from the early-access list. Answer "30–75" or "75+" when you sign up.

This screen is the whole product. You see it before you drive, not after.
What it does
Most route apps stop at the map. Qikvo follows the day from the first address to the tax report.
Say the address, photograph the label, paste a list or import the manifest. One tap and the stops come back in the order that costs you the least driving — then drag any of them where you want, or pin one First or Last.
Not "about two hours." An actual time — 10:42, 11:08, 11:35 — from live drive times, your minutes per stop and your working hours. Skip one and the whole list re-times itself.
Cold eats range. Qikvo adjusts for the actual weather where you are, and when the day is longer than the battery it places up to three chargers in the sequence — numbered, timed, with the plug type, before you leave.
Set your hourly rate and your per-kilometre rate once. Qikvo counts what you actually drove and hands you a mileage and earnings report as PDF or CSV at tax time. Replaces the tracker you're paying for separately.
Photo with a timestamp, a signature on the glass, or a barcode scan — whichever the contract asks for. Mark a stop failed and pick the reason; the route reroutes around it without losing the record.
Give your clients an A, B or C tier and a visit cadence. Qikvo groups them by zone, rotates the Bs and Cs so nobody gets missed, and builds every day of the month — then loads any day straight into your route.
Built for
Nobody notices a good route. They notice you got there when you said you would.

Soon, and worldwide — not only Canada and the US. iPhone is first out of the gate with Android following on Google Play; the app is built on one codebase, so it isn't a rewrite. Tell us which phone you use and we'll email you when your version is live, not before.
Thirty days of Pro free — unlimited stops, EV range and charging stops, voice and photo capture, the schedule and territory builder, file and contact import, saved routes, proof of delivery, and mileage and earnings reports. Then your first year at $59 instead of $99, or $14.99 a month if you'd rather go month to month. You can also just drop to the free plan and keep going.
Yes, and it isn't a trial that expires. Ten stops a route, route optimization, real arrival times — free, permanently.
Sign up for early access and answer "30–75" or "75+" stops. We pick 100 drivers from that group a few weeks before launch, send a TestFlight or Google Play link, and ask for one real delivery day plus fifteen minutes on the phone. Testers keep the founding price either way.
Eleven at launch: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Chinese, Punjabi and Hindi. More are on the way — tell us which one you drive in when you sign up and it moves up the list.
Yours. Each stop hands off to Waze, Apple Maps or Google Maps — whichever you set as your default.
Yes. EV mode is a switch you leave off. The optimizer, the arrival clock, the proof of delivery, the mileage log and the territory planner all work the same in a gas van, a truck, on a bike or on foot.

Your email is used to tell you Qikvo launched — it isn't sold, rented or handed to anyone else. In the app, route data stays on your device and is only sent out while an AI feature is actually running.
